Ignores regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers
I have a dispute with Pty. "Rigas namu parvaldnieks". The thing is that I applied electronically for the absence to the person declared in my apartment. I have indicated the date from which the person will not live and when I will return, I will notify the manager about it. Pty. "Rigas namu parvaldnieks" ignored my application. When I received the bill for April, the utilities are still calculated for two people. I wrote the application again and as a miracle the same day I was told that my application submitted two months ago was not written correctly: • The application for absence must be a handwritten application; • A specific period of absence must be specified; • A document justifying the absence of a particular person must be attached. Based on Cabinet Regulation 1013 “Procedures by which an Apartment Owner in an Apartment House shall Pay for Services Related to the Use of Apartment Property” 12. The apartment owner shall notify the manager in advance of the absence of a person living in the apartment if it lasts for at least seven consecutive days. the return of the person shall inform the administrator thereof. Information about the temporary absence of a person living in the apartment shall not be disclosed to third parties. Interesting, then what should be the document certifying absence, if a person is even here in Australia? Lives in a private house, where you only pay for electricity and waste removal (not from the number of people, but per kb / m). Maybe a photo that stands near the house? : )
