Deliberate delays, database problems, attitudes
Relation to refusal to pay insurance indemnity to CTA, I submitted a claim in the second half of March (the claim is being considered for 2 months!). A letter has been received stating that the claim has been accepted, the case will be reviewed. Now it's the second half of May and there are NO answers! The call specialist, who signed the letter - naming the case number, received a response that currently has a problem with the databases, asked to name the contact phone - I named, promised to call back. t, and so no one called back... So - the database problem was not solved. Conclusion - This company is a thorough "branch office", has destroyed their information systems with all the databases, and do not be surprised that your (and also me, unfortunately...) data will already be leaked to other people!
