Don't buy Octu at ergo

Don't buy ERGO insurance. There are nerve damage and lies. I bought an MTPL policy from ERGO and one day I was stopped by the state police and announced that the insurance had already expired, but I had not received any reminder SMS, of course I was fined, I called ERGO and they said that they had sent an SMS, but the operator had not sent it to me, then I contacted the operator to find out the reason why I did not receive those SMS. The operator said to find out when the SMS was sent, I contacted ERGO again and they said a couple of days after sending the info, after two weeks I call ERGO again because I have not received anything and ERGO has already stated that it is not responsible for the reminder SMS and that it has not sent...
