Irresponsibility of doctors
Irresponsibility and negligence of a doctor to write a medical certificate on request, because he feels unwell and my personal family doctor only works on weekdays, and on backward dates the signs are not written, the doctor measuring the temperature and pressure tells me that it can't help leaving me stuck apart from the fact that I've turned to him after his night shift, forcing me to go to the next one in as little as 9 hours. Many thanks to Matveyev Valery, Uptown's medical duty officer, who ignores patients' complaints and is unable to do his job fully if he knew that such an attitude would save me no time and money to visit him without receiving any advice or medical help.
