Bad attitude
With family 13.07.2018. we drove along the New York - Liepāja Highway and decided to eat in "Aitiņlauvās "(17.40), made an order, also during the order we witnessed communication between employees, the cashier placed an order for the chef and did not really hear the chef's answer, so he asked, then the chef arrived quite rudely"... You're deaf? 'it all we dirdējām, it was already a little unpleasant, then at the moment the order was ready, my child, eating meatball, it found a metal clip, the man immediately did some waitress, who then sat with the little boy at the side table,which instantly went to kitchen, I thought to report the discovery, returned after a moment and said that the money for the cutlet would be returned, that we could also invite a dessert, but I did not notice any special enthusiasm and anxiety in the attitude, then another employee came out of the kitchen, came to our table and said the cook says he was not guilty. It surprised me the most, as the chef thinks it can not to accept responsibility for what he manually mixed into meatballs, I also expressed my cashier, and said that the responsibility to take the cook, the cashier quickly disappeared in the kitchen, entering the room, pretended to nothing happened. The money for this cutlet was returned, but we did not expect the called dessert. The feeling was really unpleasant, mainly due to poor and careless treatment. We will no longer eat in lambs.
