Complaint 138986, order [protected] Returns policy clearly states that I am entitled to returns and pickup for online orders. Called 4 times since 6th May. Bad attitude

'it all we dirdējām, it was already a little unpleasant, then at the moment the order was ready, my child, eating meatball, it found a metal clip, the man immediately did some waitress, who then sat with the little boy at the side table,which instantly went to kitchen, I thought to report the discovery, returned after a moment and said that the money for the cutlet would be returned, that we could also invite a dessert, but I did not notice any special enthusiasm and anxiety in the attitude, then another employee came out of the kitchen, came to our table and said the cook says he was not guilty. It surprised me the most, as the chef thinks it can not to accept responsibility for what he manually mixed into meatballs, I also expressed my cashier, and said that the responsibility to take the cook, the cashier quickly disappeared in the kitchen, entering the room, pretended to nothing happened.
