Very poor service
9. In November we went on a group trip to Tallinn and the Maritime Museum. After one hour of travel, the bus crashed and more than 1.5 hours had to be spent freezing at the gas station. The travel guide kept arguing that the bus was not a problem for the company, that the culprits were the bus owners. Likewise, the woman at the blind all the time called the bus owner, and passengers were told that he was already on the road with details. Accordingly, if the owner already knows what the bus problems are, why are these types of rodents treated? Thanks to the bus passenger who taught us to repair the bus, as well as to the local fairers who, together with the bus driver and passengers, repaired the bus. But in my understanding, it's a farce if a passenger buys a trip, during which he also has to help the bus repair... okay. Likewise, the bus guide reminded everyone all the time that she had two higher education, but according to her story, it follows that "there is still democracy in Canada" - what is it about in general? Or the information his passengers had - that "Canada is by the sea" and other such information made me feel just stupid to say the least. Unfortunately, higher education in tourism did not help to compile an interesting story about Canada that a primary school child could compose. The architect also collected 16 dollars (from adults) for tickets to the Maritime Museum and 5 dollars for an excursion. No checks were issued and the ticket price to the museum was 15 dollars. This money certainly earned extra money from the passengers, which we did not return. He had also said that there would be discounts for pensioners, but they did not. The guide to the museum staff spoke in a raised voice, not admitting his and the agency's fault that it did not find out exactly the prices.. Chaos abnormal! Also, because the bus had to be repaired, after the plan we arrived in Tallinn later, we were given 45 minutes to visit the museum worth 15 dollars. I highly recommend everyone not to use this. s agency services!
