2017. In October, we ordered armchairs and a sofa from this seemingly reliable furniture seller. We paid in full and it was promised that the furniture will be delivered by the new year. Initially satisfied - on time. Suppliers unloaded the furniture in our yard and left. We brought the furniture home and to our great surprise we saw defects under the packaging film. Incisions in the back of the chair (which it seems that someone has tried unsuccessfully to sew). Realizing that we had received a defect, we wrote an application to this company, hoping that we would apologize for the mistake and promptly exchange the defect for a new chair. We waited for the promised 15 days, during which we promised to review the application, until we received a phone call from an employee who was dissatisfied with life,who unfortunately did not even stand ahead. Of course, it was said that it was not the factory's fault and we had "cut" the chair ourselves. To the questions how to solve a situation where it is possible to take a chair (if the defect is not visible in the photos), we received only unpleasant answers "I don't like a lot either", "can't be brought anywhere" until the handset got on the handset and we were "thrown". Realizing that it is hopeless to communicate with this company, we wrote an application ptac, after which, already 2 days later, the same unkind employee called with the text "probably we didn't really understand before, we will order a new chair for you!". Glad that ptac has helped us to solve this problem so quickly, we were waiting for the already promised February 20, when we received the new chair. Of course, February 20 and no chair, no call. We call the same anonymous employee, who called about 3 different numbers, until we received an answer from one of them "but it will be until March 9". Today is March 15 (I remind you that we ordered the furniture in October), still from the chair neither news nor commemorations. We feel that cooperation with ptac will need to continue.. : ) In summary, ordering furniture on the spot - everything is nice and wonderful, shows itself as a reliable company, but now we bitterly regret that at the beginning we did not go to complaints..org to read about the "good" fame of this company. Attitude rude, the main interest is to collect money and the customer further bounce, your reputation is indifferent. The experience is awful. I don't want to choose mebeles24.org.
