Poor service and product quality
I ordered the photo book "Rossa", I was very surprised to receive it, the summer sunny pictures in the book were dark and dark. places only silhouettes. The girl at the reception stated that it could be, because seeing in the book the pictures will always be darker, and on my objection that the pictures are of good quality and color intensity, the young lady stated that we do not have a calibrated monitor, vnk cover.
