Defective Item
I ordered an expensive Lego collection item. I received a damaged product, which was offered for repair! The product packaging looks like it was opened, although there are special sealing marks with the number! On one side, it was torn off with all the packaging. ON BOTH BOXES! What are they going to repair - a cardboard box? They invite you to pack the product before sending, but they have packed the expensive product only in cling film! In addition, another product of the collection! At the very least, it should have been packed in a cardboard box, not to mention that the product should be handled accurately. Usually, if the product has a damaged package, it is shown in the product description in bold and the product is sold at a discount! But nowhere in the product description is it mentioned that the product has damaged packaging! The main packaging! What in this case is the face of the product! And this product is a gift for a very important person. What is now offered to do - glue, paint? You can't exchange it and it can't, because the store doesn't have savings and they have sold the last product! The damaged product has never been received from abroad - neither the packaging nor the product! They take care of their reputation, as well as their customers, unlike this store - 110.shop! They just make fun of people and they don't care about anything but everything! Disgusting customer!
