Missed Dinner
Hello! On the evening of May 31, after making a previous reservation, we arrived at Ganbei Glendale Plaza with invited friends, where we were told that no reservation had been made in my name when I was told the number I had called, that it is not their number. It all happened in front of our guests and long queues. The table was not offered to us either, and we were not ready to stand in the long queue, so we were left without evenings. In the morning I had called 1188, where I was connected to the said restaurant and I made a reservation. From 1188 I was sent back the phone I connected to (I checked again, that it can be found everywhere on the internet as Ganbei Glendale Plaza phone number). At first I thought that 1188 had made the wrong connection, I wrote an application to their info email, where I consciously researched and said that I was connected to GAbei, like. Therefore, the restaurant staff is fully responsible for the damage to the evening.
