2017. On December 17, I ordered children's furniture in the shop mebeles24.org, located at 7a Neila Astras Street. The ordered furniture promised to be delivered to us in about 1 month. It took a month, the second, the third, at the end brought something. Nervi is already dead from the long wait and it turns out that after opening many boxes, two furniture items have been delivered in the wrong way, from a completely different collection, as we originally ordered. I immediately contacted the store by phone 22335400 and informed about the situation, I also called their office, sent pictures showing the incorrectly delivered furniture and their codes. The store staff promised to solve this problem in the near future. A week passed and I called the above phone no. Again, but then I was toldthat your furniture will be after about 1 month. Well, it's been a month and more, I called again yesterday 08. 05. 2020, in the store the handset was picked up by some "tirlinsh", who said that your furniture will be in a month… you know, it's just completely devilish, now it's been half a year, instead of the promised month, but we still haven't really received the furniture we ordered. Yesterday I called the company's office again (+61) 20 292 297, but there after the conversation, as soon as you hang up, it instantly forgets about you, not to mention the callback. The attitude towards the customer is simply crisp to say the least! Nervous dead, energy wasted talking to those brainless creatures! Such companies should not work and exist at all, they should simply be closed and immediately!
