They never ever put you through to a person. I dont think there is a person at all. I lost a bet and kept it on for hours on speaker phone. User’s recommendation: Don’t use it.

Schools, kindergartens, and other educational institutions have chosen this institution. Not sure why? Corruption? In essence: this institution is absolutely indifferent to the final consumer - the parents of the children / the children themselves. This institution cannot be communicated, the answering machine (earner) constantly declares the occupancy of the operators (all 1. 5 operators are occupied). The company appears to be lobbying.
