Charged when I no longer use service

I havent used care.com in almost two years and thought I had cancelled it but was just charged $156 for a service Im not going to use. User’s recommendation: Do Not Ise.

Unable to login. Unable to submit payment for Background CareCheck

-Cannot find answers or solve problem using Care.com Facts or Most Frequent Questions -I have been attempting to login, input new payment info, going on 3 weeks now. Getting very frustrated! PLEASE HELP!

Can’t get e real person to talk to about cancelling.

The website is confusing and I cant find a place to cancel on the website or through a customer service person. User’s recommendation: Wish I knew but I don’t so stop making me text. This is what’s driving me crazy.
