Cant reset password. Have filled all. Requests on line says cant find my email. They are quick too take your money. Requested reset password. Never get any answers, cant find phone number. User’s recommendation: Get a customer service number that works. Write down password.
I have made several attempts to get ahold of someone to help me cancel my account because it is associated with an old email address/account and getting billed monthly. I cannot access the email to reset my password and no one will return a message to assist me.
