No contact from care.com

I tried to get in touch with care.com to cancel my account the very day I purchased it. There was no way to contact them and no one contacted me. I am very disappointed in this company User’s recommendation: Don’t use them.

Nothing has been resolved I told them that I will no longer want to deal with the company because they cannot answer the questions reset my password or renew my accounts I have waited days and days for this to happen and days and days for a phone call

It’s impossible to reach them by phone. I emailed them several times and they don’t respond. They have a chat line but if this continues after a half hour or so of waiting. User’s recommendation: Be very careful with them.
