Refund accident

I accidently applied for looking for care giver instead of looking for job as a care giver. I payed for the 3 month but though it was to seeking jobs. Want a refined please.

Joined and within 24hrs account was cancelled

After joining within 24 hours later the account I could not reach anyone for customer support then finally a email response 4days later telling me to create another account and rejoin well then you have pay another fee. 1st of all I have had 0 services for what has been paid already okay I can register again...
