Our sofa broke they came and got it it took 3weeks .to return and still the same .This was a very good quality sett i now am not comfortable with this sett, i would like to kn if a refund or replacement is possable .I have pictures of this problems
Your communication definitely needs attention I do not have means of going online and like to speak to a living person, I left numerous messages and waited at least a week between messages and never once did I get a call back ,, terrible customer service,, needs attention asap User’s recommendation: Answer messages asap.
