Not willing to call back on a warranty Computer in order for us to take care of our Customer

Not what they claim to be

Failure to provide documentation of work preformed on module. Failure to provide any answers to my questions. Warrantee policy is not the same policy you receive written when you finally get the part. Stay away from this *** *** company, they are there to only make money and rip you off!! User’s recommendation: Avoid this place!!!

Bad service and part didn’t work

PCM didn’t work correctly and never could get customer service to answer the phone or call back. Paid extra for programmed keys that didn’t work. Sent to pcm back two times to get repaired still the same so I called tech department which was a fares the guy was very Rudd Calling my car piece of *** User’s recommendation: Don’t buy here.
