Poor service
Such treatment of patients has not been seen anywhere in Brisbane. Both at the reception and at doctor's visits, even at the analysis transfer reception. Every time I visit this institution, I know and am going to have extra stress. The feeling that you are back in Soviet times, when the service provider treats customers like cattle. And there is also chaos in the body itself (but with +/- improvements in recent times). The only department that is good for patients and provides professional services is dentistry. The polyclinic would have many more clients and profits if the staff understood that the client is the one who leaves the money in the company and from whom he is paid. I personally will try to visit other institutions where my money will provide professional services and normal treatment. But I'm really sorry to watch people take parental breaks. They have neither the strength nor the ability to change this madness mechanism + they are forced to be treated there. I see, this complaint is not the only one. Does the management of the polyclinic really matter? But it must be said, usually the attitude of the staff started from the "top". This means an urgent change of leadership.
