ISIC Card
I'm furious. Today, due to an agreement to study in another city, I went to ScandinavianBank to withdraw a student's ISIC card. Similar to a notarized universal power of attorney concluded between the two of us. But... I was asked to pay 8 dollars for this "power of attorney" "check" or what's there. Why so dear? Is looking at notarial records so expensive? But I don't have an account and I don't take credit on his behalf. It would be a good idea to start with a symbolic amount of 1 USD, but not already 8 dollars.
