all my online banking payments for oct 2020 were removed after i sent them. retirement deposit for nov 2020 not processed on or prior to the first of nov . User’s recommendation: find another bank they don’t give a *** anymore.
I paid for a airline ticket through capital one and the third party booking and Philippine Airlines Cancelled my flight due to covid 19 and Capital one wont refund and fully backing up these scammers User’s recommendation: Chase, wells fargo, no more capital one
I received a letter to say I have a refund and it will be in my bank acc in 14 days it isnt there would like to talk to Darren Carlile head of customer operations please Dawn Carr
They haven’t contacted me They are unresponsive and irresponsible. User’s recommendation: Don’t go anywhere near this bank.

Hello! An accident took place, a coordinated statement was written for both OCTA`s BTA. 1 platform was submitted to one branch (probably Tukums) 2 persons to Kuldiga branch. Result: BTA does not have a unified system because of the suffering of its customers. Although the accident has been reported from both sides, I wonder why the Glendale head office does not see it in its system and sends threatening letters, sms and calls at all times to report the accident, which has long been is logged in!
