Very poor service
I want to complain about this business. More specifically, the fact that this company accepts tens of thousands of packages, but they do not have enough employees to actually assemble the packages into parcels. Wouldn't it have been wiser to say to your customers: "Sorry, but all our thoughts are busy right now and the service is temporarily unavailable"? The company only aims to collect pitches and they are not interested in the hundreds of people who have either not received their packets at all or are already waiting for countless days.
