Illegal processing of personal data
The State Data Inspectorate has acknowledged that LLC “Ondo” transferred the data to the detective agency without a legal basis to find out information not only about the debtor himself, but also the debtor's relatives and their contact information. Similarly, LLC is in contact with the debtor's relatives (our daughter and daughter) without a legal basis, giving the said persons the opportunity to understand that the debtor has debts.
