Poor service
I bought a used tractor at the beginning of the year. When transported home, after less than an hour of use when the engine was warming up, the engine head gasket (missed antifreeze) was found to be dead. Sincerely, LLC Arme agreed to eliminate the defect. They told me to take the tractor back - a total of two days were spent (taking and collecting) and 60 CA$ in fuel. Fixed a whole month. Then, after a bit of using the tractor due to a strange noise, I decided to check the oil level in the front axle. It turned out that instead of oil there is mud and sand, everything can be seen in the photo. While buying the tractor I was told that all the oils had been changed and serviced. Calling and sending pictures to LLC Arme, said to lead to them - correct. I replied that I don't have that much time - I'll fix it myself faster,but then the compensation should be agreed upon, which LLC Arme agreed to. After presenting the checks only for material expenses in the amount of 175 CAD, LLC Arme offered to compensate 50 CA$ in some oils and cutter knives, if such a need arose on Mondays. In my opinion, no inspection and maintenance was carried out on the tractor before the sale, and immediately after this incident the tractor could not be allowed in and removing the control panel revealed the next bardak - this time in the wires. I do not recommend cooperating with this Ltd.
