warranty repair
Less than a year ago, I bought an external hard drive, which of course broke. Warranty repair does not include data recovery. I called the service by phone, which is written on the service ticket, where I kindly explained that it is a paid service that will cost 20 CA$. I paid the hard drive in the store and then the most interesting part started - after almost 3 weeks I was called from the store that the data recovery service is not performed, no one could ever have told me the opposite (oh my shameless lie!). I protested against this approach, asking to contact the service again, because I have not lost my mind yet. A week later, the call was made from the service - you cannot and will not perform such a service. You can repair the drive, but I will lose data. Data is important to meso I decided to take the hard drive to another company. As if - if you don't go elsewhere and they break the seals, then the warranty repair is no longer due. We delivered - I was called 3 times - from the service, the store and again from the service for the same. The last time I didn't know how to cry or laugh. I probably don't understand anything - the essence of the data carrier is data storage. So - data is important, it needs to be recovered, but it doesn't interest anyone in this company! Before that, I had bought several items from RD Electronic, but after this mirror, my legs will no longer be there, and my friends and acquaintances are unlikely to buy anything there after such an advertisement. Just philosophical thoughts on the subject - if it were a washing machine that would break in the middle of the cycle, I would say to me accordingly - we can't get your clothes back, but others can't!
