I left unhappy. would not have known that the phone had not been broken. Telstra service does not accept it, because the IMEI code in the contract did not match the Imei code on the phone. So the girl who served me a year ago sold me a phone from another box. If the box hadn't survived at home, I would never have proved that it was really a phone bought there. I tried in every way to prove it to the employee Ariana, whose attitude made me cry. All she told me was that there was nothing I could do to walk away with my phone that no one would help me with. When I asked another employee with more experience or a boss to try to solve this mistake, she replied that they were all bosses there and that they would not achieve anything! I talked to 6 employees in two days, everyone was rude, intolerant. The operator's May was unbeatable,behaved as if I had stolen something for her. thanks to Richard and the guy from the phone repair department who tried to help anyway.
