Damage, poor service

On Tuesday I bought a new phone in the just5 showroom. Everything is cool, I say thank you, I give money, I go back to work packing out. Unfortunately, the phone turned out to be defective, the rear camera did not go, so I brought it back the next day with the idea that I should replace it with a new one. However, in the showroom I was sent to a service, saying that it was the fault of the software and could be fixed by the service. I pointed out that I want a new product, not a new one, but that is not possible. Well nothing... I asked when is the fastest when I can get a repaired phone, the service answered the fastest during the day. Assuming that just5 still works in the interests of customers and will do so as promised as soon as possible, I went to work and waited for the email. I didn't receive the email... Also the next day and the next...Checking the status of the service on the just5 website, I see that the phone has been repaired already at 10.00 in the morning, however, I have not received any message and it is already 17.00 in the evening. I tried to call the service, which is not so simple, I thought, weird, after the sixth call, SMS arrive, that they can not pick up, but would like to receive a message info by e-mail or sms. Since I had already sent them an e-mail on the first day, when I did not receive a new phone, I knew that they would not answer it either, so I decided to send an SMS. Of course, I was told that the phone was ready and I could go get it. Relieved that the nightmare will finally be over I went after my new repaired phone. The girl at the service gives me the phone, I ask - what was the fault or the fault of its producers and what was done. To which I received an answer that the software has been updated and everything is fine.I asked again if it was their fault and if I could get a new one. To which the girl replied that the expert opinion is an expert opinion... Well ok, I ask if it can be turned on and checked, the girl does it, gives it to me, I turn on the camera and of course it doesn't work. I say in anger that I want a new phone and everything. I was given the opportunity to write an application for a new functioning telephone for which I have already paid money. Of course, I couldn't get it right away and since it was Friday, I will be able to get it on Monday. I was very angry that once again I had to suffer due to their inaction, I asked if I could get my money back, to which I replied that since 2019, with such and such amendments, it has not been so easy. I went on Monday with the idea that now this whole nightmare should end,I am ready to receive the new phone and will never return there again, hoping that the new phone will last at least a year. But nothing, it turns out that I have to wait for another e-mail message, which is unknown or will ever be sent out, and that the phones have been taken back to diagnostics, where it is not known whether the masters take their phones at all and the application for a new phone is not approved. It is now 17.23 and I am unlikely to receive a new phone today (Monday) as promised on Friday and today. It is not clear to me how I can not pick up the phone or send an e-mail about a repaired phone, if it is already clear when logging in that there is a series friends session in the service. It is also not clear how terrible the service must be in order not to receive any "apologies for the inconvenience" throughout this process.
