Fraud / poor service
I will never order goods from this store again and I do not recommend to others. I ordered a set of children's room furniture in June, promised to deliver within a month. After the promised deadline, we called the company and we were told that the goods have not yet been ordered from the company in Poland. In mid-August, the goods suddenly appeared in the Melbourne warehouse, but not in full. It is impossible to say exactly what is missing, because no one can check the configuration?! The result is September, a couple of days ago part of the order was brought. Although the same series of products was ordered, they were delivered differently. A company representative says by phone that nothing can be done. And what is not delivered to themselves while driving and watching the warehouse (delivery was paid!). Total corporate irresponsibility and arbitrariness.
