Poor heat pump service
Be very careful before buying a new NIBE heat pump from Divine companies in UK. They will work wonders for their small capabilities and ask for a high price. Once the pump is purchased, you will almost be forgotten as a customer and all the previous promises that the pump will serve for almost 30 years will be forgotten. Spare parts and service pricing will be cosmic. Calling the Divine will be very difficult, especially for Mr. Stefan Westberg, who is very nice to talk before the seat is bought but then all the beautiful things will be forgotten, unfortunately..
