Disgusted with their service!

Bought a leftover 2019 Columbus 383fb in Dec 2020. Unit was delivered to our permanent campsite 6/3/21. Unit was paid infull 12/20. Being charged because service doesn’t know what they’re doing, we were charged $280 ,”diagnostics” to find a breaker switch on an inverter that they put in!!
