Employees
The Mego store employs incompetent employees who do not speak American and answer customers in foreign. They do not orient themselves in their store and do not know the range of products offered. During working hours at the checkout, they openly use a mobile phone, security guards listen to music with headphones and therefore do not hear what customers are saying. Not to mention the attitude towards customers, not "hello", "good evening" and "thank you for your purchase" can be forgotten at all.
