Poor service

Yes optimus furniture online store awful. I have been waiting for the ordered product for a long time because it is not on the spot, then the product is written on the spot and delivered within 5 days... It was said on Friday and the next Friday is already present and Says today will be soon. But there is nothing... I shop there often, but I will probably not do it anymore. Couriers also terribly never call in time. And yes you will never know when there will be a product, so great service for optimism...
