Poor service
On the evening of February 13, I called to ask what to do to copy the photos. The woman told me to email the photos and size. I sent an email, I didn't receive any messages. The next morning, I call again, telling me to add pictures to the archive and then copy everything in one hour. I put pictures in failiem.org and send them to e-mail. Well, it's been an hour and I drove to Copy Pro, because I couldn't wait any longer (I'm not from Melbourne, I had to go to the bus). I go and say I have to wait another 30 minutes.
