No sense in making an appointment :(
I checked in a week in advance at Health Center 4 (Skanstes Street) with Dr. Linda Captain for a visit on Monday 10. 30 When I arrived, I checked in at the reception and took me to the office and told me to wait - calling me in. Ok - I sat down and waited patiently... waited... waited, but it seemed that no one there cared that I was someone invisible man... How much I am a working person and I do not have much free time - I reckoned with the appointment, but after a patient 45 minutes of waiting, I felt cheated on the eve morning and realized that it makes no sense to wait any longer for someone to call me. I went back to the reception and said that I had been waiting for 45 minutes, that I had no more time to run back to work. The receptionist did not even apologize and did not try to find out what was going on, but in an offended tone only determined that she did not see what was happening in other rooms! I had not thought that the Health Center 4 had descended to such a low level of service. I know that I will never go there again and would not recommend it to any of my friends, unless someone is sorry for their time. Sad :(
