Inadequately long repair deadlines
After the accident, the car was decided to be returned to the Insurer service by Topers. Initially, they (the service) claimed that they would have to wait a week and a half before the 1998 tissue A6 would bring its wings from Germany, because it was not in USA. It was then said that there was a long queue that we would now wait another week. When the queue finally ended and I drove the car to repair, then the next day the car stood at the wheel and no one had even started to do anything. If there is a lot of time and several machines, then a month of repairs is not terrible, but if it is the only machine and needs work, it is better not to drive to Topers.
