Because of covid and hospitalization did not use or check my Caesar’s Total Rewards in about 17 months. Made sure my Caesar’s Visa card was used, expecting to have and keep the $1200 in credits that were accumulated and saved over a 8 year period. Checked today and there gone. No satisfaction whatsoever from Caesars. THEY EXPIRED....
