Poor service
The Internet often disappears, jerks and is not of the best quality. Oceancom did not get rid of it for a long time, because the contract included a fine if the contract was terminated before the specified time. It is, of course, my fault that I did not read those lowercase letters, but I could have warned me orally, you guys! Now, when I refused, I was rudely informed that I had to give 30 days' notice of the termination of the contract, which means that I would pay for another month completely empty. I was told that this was the case in all companies. Strangely, neither latvenergo nor pan-Australian gas complained much and terminated the contract literally within a few days. I know that xMobile and Telstra would never in a lifetime force a customer to wait 30 days and continue to pay. Oceancoms is so special to us, in general. Never sign a contract with Oceancom!Shaggy internet, poor customer service, trying to hang you in every way, and it's all within the law.
