Non-delivery
Today, January 28, 2016. We still haven't received the ordered office chairs on November 9, 2020. At the time of ordering, it was promised to deliver the product by phone within 2 weeks. The seller promised to contact the manufacturer and specify the delivery time. When contacted again, the seller stated that there are no problems and the product no later than November 20, 2020. Will be delivered. We made a prepayment and waited for the purchased chairs. The product was not delivered and we repeatedly called the company, where they replied that there was a slight delay, but the ordered chairs will be delivered by the end of the week. So we inquired every Monday and it was always said that by the end of the week. In December, they replied that the product was delayed due to Christmas. (I didn't know that Christmas 2020 is November : ) ) then the dates were called,in which the goods will be removed from warehouses, so we expect that there will be. today, January 28, 2016, 80 days have passed since the order, we are still asked to wait. Our patience is the mayor, today we asked for the money for the order to be returned. Should I seek compensation for the inconvenience caused? PS When ordering the product, I was interested in several online furniture stores, others honestly answered that these specific office chairs will not be available until the end of the year. For this and asked Perseus representative, who said that for some reason other vendors said that there will be problems with the delivery of the product.
