Poor service, mismatched information
I ordered a kitchen buffet, I already paid the money and then called me from the company's administrator and informed me that my order will have to wait up to 3 weeks, as I needed the buffet and I had paid the money then I started waiting! The information on the website that the shipment is delivered within 13 working days is not true! I have already rejected 24 working days, when I called for delivery, then I would not be sitting at home on holiday, I would inform you that it would be more convenient for me to receive the shipment on Friday, to which I was told that I would be contacted on Thursday! Friday came and I didn't have any information from mebeles1.org, I had to call myself and ask u, who answered me that I have said that I need delivery on Saturday, but they do not work on weekends and will only deliver me a buffet next week! I thank you for the incompetent people working and unfortunately I am recording the conversations where their employee promised to deliver the product on Friday! Said to apologize for the misunderstanding, but they are not going to solve this problem, if the item I need today then to drive myself to the warehouse!If it is written to themselves that the goods are delivered, how dare such employees still require the customer to pick up the goods himself, if this is the negligence of their incompetent employees?! I do not recommend sending any furniture from this website, as only one disappointment awaits!
