Poor performance of my work
Not so long ago I bought an apartment in Daugavgriva, at the beginning of the first things I found out how terrible humidity is coming in the apartment and I understand that ventilation works poorly, from time to time smell in the apartment from the sewer. When contacting the manager of Melbourne House, I received an answer that the application has been handed over so that I am waiting for someone to come in a couple of weeks - so a couple of weeks for me to get moisture in the apartment. Waiting when I arrived I called as much as I could. Contacting an acquaintance, we surveyed the attic where we found that the whole roof is in one hole and the sewer pipe ends in the attic and not above the roof as it should be. I called again to make holes in the roof and do something with that sewer pipe. There are no results yet because I understand that the manager of Melbourne houses is convinced that he can take money for the management of what he does not do, but it is not his responsibility to manage the house and he can damage the property of others with impunity. When will any of the higher authorities finally begin to scrutinize their work and the resources they use incomprehensibly anywhere in the management of the house? Not to mention mystical estimates with mystical amounts of planned repairs.
