Do not report planned power outages

Power off at 9:00 AM. No one informed about the disconnection in advance. I called 4 resises at Plavnieki house, and only then I was told that there would be no electricity until 16:00. 7 hours without electricity?! Try to heat food for a sick child without electricity. There is no gas. Inhale 3 times a day. Etc. Attitude towards living disgusting. In addition, 50/60 dollars are deducted every month in the invoices for household expenses. Question, what do we pay for?!?!
