First of all, the girl who served me forgot to put ketchup in the bag.. well, that would still be a trifle, although if I paid for ketchup, I would still like to receive it. Next, she almost cheated on me for 2 AU$, if I remember correctly. My advice - always open the bag at the checkout and before leaving check that everything is put in and nothing is missing. No sense in paying for ketchup, sauces or anything else if it you don't get it. The same goes for money, considering that these institutions are mostly young students. Of course, everyone can make mistakes.
