Promised a call back to resolve my issue and never called back. My vacation is now over and I was not able to get ahold of them to reschedule the date before my vacation ended

They never responded back to me.

The service at the park was horrible. Waiting over an hour for food and drinks alot of attractions were closed and everything was pretty dirty I bought the wristband so we could eat and drink it took two hours to do it once.
