Communication and attitude
I would like to inform about Darbscv.ca SIA's attitude towards my clients. We had an overpayment. We tried to communicate with accounting and management. We called, wrote, but we did not get further than the secretary's promises to answer. Sadly, a company that provides consulting and training to others is unfamiliar with business ethics. It is not a question of the amount, because it is not important, but of attitude. We are an international company and we work with some consulting firms, fortunately such a sad experience is the first and hopefully the last.
