Do not subscribe to telecom phone offers. There such miracles are told, one promises, a completely different service meets, if you call, then every other person who knows absolutely nothing about the conversations made by others. Sad experience already agreeing on the service twice by phone. Promises one price, that conditions do not change, another price comes together, another connection, a fixed-term contract - a nightmare. An even bigger nightmare to opt out of such a service.
