I do not recommend anyone to buy goods in the online store 220. en. I had a problem with the purchased computer, wanted to put the warranty in repair, as beautifully offers 220. en. On the phone, the staff speaks monotonously like robots with pre-arranged text that will call back and have a nice day. And it takes 3 days and no one ever calls back, and each time a different girl appears in front (Although the voice sounds the same). Only when I threatened to report my missing computer to the police in 220. After 20 minutes. I got a first call that my computer is in and can get because I don't risk leaving them any longer and repairing it because it can take a long time (reading other complaints about this store) better then repairing elsewhere and for my own money.The attitude of the employees over the phone and the company's policy is terrible! I hope someone finds my experience useful.
