Poor service, service and bad attitude towards the customer
Hello, I would like to complain that the Launceston Optimus store does not accept coins from customers at all and the employees claim that the office has banned them. I think that I will not buy furniture in this company anymore, because I am an honest businessman and I also accept all the money for coins from my clients, who are still money in Australia. Entrepreneurs, if you have money coins and need furniture in Launceston optimus furniture will have to listen to employees humiliation. All without counting only on cards or normal money. But when driving for the goods, I was surprised that the furniture was stored, in the rain, in the snow on a pallet at the warehouse door! I hope to at least talk to the staff, because I don't think it's a good practice how to serve customers and how to store the product!
