Larger Invoices
I want to tell everyone to keep up with my invoices. I have for the second month added 12ls for 2GB of internet when I have connected the XL package by 5ls for 2GB, since those 12 meet extra... when I complained to them about it, they said sorry, but paying for it won't matter this month and will deduct it next month. I believe that 12ls is a large amount, which I can spend more efficiently than to cover Telstra errors. this month I started using tariff NR. 5, which promised 500min and 500sms in all networks. In this bill I was again credited with 2 extra GB and plus 10ls for other networks, which were agreed on 2h + 1 in the Telstra network and together do not reach 500min in any way. what they said: oopppsss... so please keep a close eye on what you're paying for.
