Poor service
I faced a rather unpleasant thing in early November. Since from the beginning of September I am on the sick page and will be for some time. I contacted the gym I visited (contractual obligations), hoping that they would at least freeze my contract while I was being treated. A message was sent, they offered me to terminate the contract or continue to pay while I was being treated. BUT usually a person does not choose the time when to get sick and how long to get sick. Then since it was said that I would consider my case so that the contract could be frozen. 1. A sick note was sent which was not accepted. 2. A family doctor's statement was sent, which was also invalid. 3. Everything was finally sent to the ORTO doctor's transcript, to which I was told that my health problems did not prevent me from going to the gym. Although surgery was prescribed, then and then a recovery phase. At the time, I wonder what specialists are working on them that examine all medical records? At the same time, while I'm trying to freeze my subscription for a while, others can do it without a hitch.
